DR. LAKHANI WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A LIMITED SCHEDULE TO BE DETERMINED.
We encourage you to continue wearing a mask at your appointment.
- Tips for proper mask use
- 1. Wear a KN-95 if available
- 2. Adjust your mask at home to ensure it COVERS YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH AT ALL TIMES and remains in place without the need to adjust constantly
- 3. RESIST THE URGE TO CONSTANTLY TOUCH YOUR MASK
- 4. Carry paper bag or plastic bin and hand sanitizer in your car if you prefer to remove it
- 5. Do not use if wet, torn or soiled
- 6. It is not necessary to use filters etc. Bulky masks are uncomfortable resulting in improper use/constant adjustment and touching which defeats the purpose of the mask
- 7. Blue side faces out if using a surgical mask
- 8. Do no borrow or lend
- 9. If you see improper use, please practice kindness, patience and grace
- 10. No need to wear your mask when exercising outdoors if you expect to be distancing
COVID pandemic has affect many small practices with staffing limitations.
Due to limited staffing we ask your patience for the following, please do not call repeatedly, repeated calls for the same issue reduces our efficiency
1. Non-urgent calls, mammogram orders - 7 days
2. Prescription refills - 72 hours
3. Medical records - 2-4 weeks
4. We do not have staff to answer your billing questions at this time
Our workflow, response time and efficiency is improved if you participate in and use online services. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the patient portal on our website for lab results and online billpay and Spruce app to message the office and book appointments
